Four Nights at Marataba: Lions on the Road and a Leopard from the Boat

Marataba keeps pulling me back. From 26 to 30 October I was there again, this time hosting a private photo safari at Marataba Safari Lodge. Four nights, a small group and a reserve that once again gave us more than we could have asked for.
Six Nights in Mashatu Botswana – Photo Safari Trip Review

There are few places in Africa that offer the combination of wildlife, landscapes and photographic opportunity that you find in Mashatu.

The Kalahari is one of those places.
What we do at Francois Fourie Safaris — More Than Just a Safari

Francois Fourie Safaris was built around that idea.
At its core, it is about creating experiences that are considered, personal, and grounded in real time in the field. Every safari we design or host is shaped by an understanding of light, behaviour, positioning, and most importantly, the guest experience.
What we do is built around three key pillars.
